For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, free shipping applies from €100. Below this amount, we charge €6.95 for regular parcels and €4.95 for letterbox parcels. Shipping costs to other countries are automatically calculated during checkout.

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days, provided the product is unused, clean and complete. Return costs are at your own expense. Outlet items cannot be returned, but exchanges within the outlet are possible.
