Shipping Costs

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days via PostNL or DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, the following shipping rates apply:

  • Free shipping on orders over €100
  • €6.95 shipping for parcels under €100
  • €4.95 shipping for letterbox parcels

Letterbox parcels are only available for smaller and lighter products that fit through a standard letterbox. The appropriate shipping method is automatically determined based on the contents of your order.

For orders to other countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. These costs depend on the destination and may vary.

Delivery Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

We ship with PostNL or DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.
